After serving 14 years under the tutelage of Bishop Clifford L. Frazier, Pastor Beck was elevated to associate pastor and in the same year, he was elevated to the senior pastor. He has followed in his mentor’s steps teaching the infallible Word of God. In 2014 he was elevated to Suffragan Bishop.

As a community leader he’s directed more than 27 churches to help stamp out hunger in various communities in the North Texas area including; Dallas, Sherman, McKinney, Red Oak, Lewisville, and many other surrounding cities. His desire is to help stamp out hunger one person at a time.

Bishop Victor D. Beck is married to his lovely wife Priscila Beck.
