THE JOURNEY

In 1981, Pastor Clifford and Co-Pastor Pamela Frazier founded Calvary Temple Apostolic Church, holding their first service at the Maria Morgan YWCA in Dallas, Texas as the ministry began flourishing with growth it was time to move forward to purchase a church building.

1983 Calvary Temple purchased its first building 1341 Dryden Ave. in Dallas, Texas, as membership continued to thrive Pastor Frazier was inspired to find an even larger facility.

1989 A new church facility was purchased at 2414 S. Buckner Blvd. in Dallas, Texas to accommodate the increase of new members.

1995 Calvary Temple Apostolic Church by vote was renamed HeartLine Ministries Worship Center.

1997 Pastor Frazier was elevated and ordained as Bishop and he would be called to pastor The City of Life Church in St. Louis, Missouri. In the process, Bishop Frazier ordained Minister Victor Beck, a faithful servant for 14 years as pastor of HeartLine Ministries Worship Center.

2001 Pastor Beck approved the start of Restore Hope Alternative Education Program directed by Victor Pereira, a GED program for at-risk-youth serving over 1000 students.

2003 HeartLine implemented, “Running for the Vision Campaign” a building fund campaign to expand the ministry

2005 Joined Food Ministry Program (Angel Food) a non-profit organization dedicated to providing grocery relief and financial support to the community and assisted approximately 3200 families.

2011 HeartLine purchased and broke ground on 8 acres of property at 9755 E RL Thornton Freeway

2012 HeartLine multi-purpose facility was constructed and completed
